Where do you ship?
Most orders will be received in 3-5 business days. We do not ship on holidays. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional cost (see at checkout.)
How long does it take to receive an order?
How do I track my order?
When your item is shipped you will receive a tracking number and be free to stalk your package to your hearts content! We get it - we do it too ;)
How are your products sized?
Each individual product will have a size chart it's description as well as measurements and how the product fits (small, large or true to size.) It will also include the model's height and size. Keep in mind that our tees are unisex. View the size chart and order accordingly.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What if I received the wrong item / a defective product?
Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can resolve the issue!
What is your RETURN policy?
Returns are accepted for store credit within 14 days of merchandise order date. If that time period has passed or if items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached and items unworn and unwashed), unfortunately we can not offer you store credit. Before purchasing we encourage you to refer to the sizing chart on each product's description before placing an order. Please email us at email@example.com with more information if you are hoping to make a return.
How often will you get new products IN?
We launch a new collection every Tuesday at 5pm MDT!!! Be sure to follow our instagram to get a play by play of each item as they're being released!
